OVERVIEW

The combination of the Public SIP Telephone Network (PsipTN) and the TelTel Softphone client makes getting into the communication business a fast and low-cost endeavor for many service providers.

  • Call Records: Track calling patterns and histories, or even your TelTel credits balance, with easy-to-read, instant-access reports.
  • Integrated IM: Choose how you communicate with a full-featured IM option, which includes one-on-one IM, IM history, TelTel unique emoticons, font changes, and a timestamp feature.
  • Personalized Display: Choose a full-sized or minimized display.
  • Multilingual Support: TelTel offers on-the-fly access to native languages, including: English, Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, Thai, and French.
  • SVNO Partner Customization: SVNO Partners can leverage key selling tools such as the built-in Web portal that drive up-selling and cross-selling opportunities.
