SVNO pricing is based on a one-time upfront payment, subsequent yearly payments, and on-going service revenue sharing.

Actual pricing depends on the SVNO partner's existing service infrastructure, billing and payment facility, level of integration and customization required, end-user customer service required, advertisement rights, number of pay users and downloads, partner's commitment to market TelTel services, facility to terminate PSTN calls, ability to provide Internet bandwidth, and other factors.
