A TelTel SVNO partner can choose from the following program offerings:

• TelTel Softphone - Use a TelTel-branded, private-labeled or co-branded TelTel Softphone for your subscribers. SVNO partners can enhance the feature-rich, user-friendly TelTel Softphone to create additional revenue opportunities. Selected service providers can also license TelTel Softphone client source codes for their own software development capabilities.
• Firewall/NAT Traversal - Deploy key components of the PsipTN infrastructure to make sure end-users' communications always get through.
• Billing - Use your existing billing and payment system by integrating with the TelTel Billing APIs, or rely on TelTel's customized billing and payment system.
• SIP Termination and Origination - Use TelTel's competitive Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) termination rates, or use your own PSTN gateway to terminate calls for subscribers.
• SIP Devices - Take advantage of TelTel's provisioning technology to market the large array of TelTel Ready IP endpoints, including SIP phones and SIP ATA devices, which can interoperate within the PsipTN.
• Value-Added Services - Offer revenue-generating services such as conferencing, hosted Private Business Exchange (PBX) and audio entertainment programs.
• Managed Network - Access a secure management portal to monitor subscriber activities, handle service requests and track network status. TelTel provides complete back-end OSS, 24X7 network monitoring and second-line customer support.
• Professional Services - Engage TelTel to provide system integration with your legacy infrastructure, or establish a seamless migration path from your existing VoIP offerings to TelTel. The TelTel Professional Service team is experienced in handling the evolving requirements and customization needs of its diverse partners.
