Questions about personal TelTel paid services When do my TelTel credits expire? Your TelTel credits are valid for 180 days, starting from the day of purchase. Whenever you purchase new credits, the six-month calculation will restart from the day of the new purchase. For example, if you made your first purchase on January 1, 2006, the expiration date would be 180 days after. If you made your second purchase on March 1, 2006, the new expiration date would be 180 days after that point. Please note that you cannot use expired credits. What happens when my TelTel credits run out? You'll see your credit balance is $0.00. You’ll still be able to use non-paid TelTel services as usual, but your TelTel-Out and TelTel Call-Forwarding service will be temporarily suspended until you purchase new TelTel credits. Who provides your payment service? We work exclusively with PayPal. You can pay either with your PayPal account or with credit cards through PayPal. We do not provide cash refunds. However, if you believe that a call charge was made in error, please contact our customer service for assistance. No refunds will be given to redeemed or non-redeemed TelTel Gift Cards. The TelTel Gift Card is treated as electronic cash. We do not provide replacement if the activation information is stolen. If you believe a purchase charge was made in error, please contact PayPal's dispute department. For more details regarding our refund policy, please read our end user license agreement. |
