A o-Year Relationship with Media Convergence Specialist, Digitrad France, Culminates in an Agreement that Enables TelePlus to Deploy a US-Based SIP Platform to Extend the Customer Revenue Generation Cycle

TelePlus Group (www.teleplusgroup.com), a pioneer in the field of international telecommunications, today announced its o-year strategic partnership with Digitrad France will enable the company to offer VoIP services using a turn-key SIP (Session Initiation Protocol) network - the TelTel Network (Public SIP Telephony network). The deployment of TelTel Network, set to go live in early Q4 of 2006, will allow TelePlus to offer a seamless telecommunications and billing system for customers on the road (using the Vocalyz™ product) and at home (using the VoIP enabled 1TC product.) This structure extends the customer life cycle of the product and will in turn generate more revenue from a single sale. TelePlus Group is a subsidiary of Texxon Inc. (OTCBB:TXXN).

TelTel Network is developed by Santa Clara based TelTel, a leading developer of VoIP SVNO platforms. Together with TelTel Network comes a full-featured VoIP soft phone client, which allows the customer to seamlessly continue using TelePlus communication services well beyond the travel experience. Continued use of the wireless local number as well as leftover account balances from the travel cell phone will be available via the fully integrated billing platform and will be accessible from the customer’s VoIP PC based phone service. The process is universal and allows users to make low cost calls, continue receiving calls from their local number, manage personal buddy lists and access the TelePlus international services and more from anywhere around the world. TelTelNetwork is integrated with the existing Digtrad GSM billing system, Stand4u, which is a web-based IVR platform that allows for the efficient immediacy and accuracy of account provisioning, data access and billing transfers. The network will be co-located in the Los Angeles-based TelePlus facility.
