Sherman Tuan
Founder, Chief Executive Officer
A recognized pioneer and visionary in the Internet industry, Mr. Tuan brings with him extensive knowledge and global
experience in the Internet and telecommunications sectors.
Among Mr. Tuan's many accomplishments include successfully
taking AboveNet Communications, a leading Internet Data Center service provider, from inception to listing the company
on the NASDAQ, and managing its subsequent multi-billion dollar sale to Metromedia Fiber Networks.
Prior to founding AboveNet, Mr. Tuan also founded several other high technology companies including InterNex
and served in leadership positions with Acer Technologies.

Jack Chang
Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Chang has extensive experience in product development, marketing, sales and operations in telecommunications in the US,
Asia and Europe.
Before joining TelTel, Mr. Chang founded Blue Silicon, a leading provider of hosted unified
and multimedia messaging solutions for service providers and enterprises worldwide. Mr. Chang
is also the holder of three United States patents in message store-and-forward and
voice-over-IP.
Prior to Blue-Silicon, Mr. Chang was Founder of Carmel
Connection, Inc., a manufacturer of corporate voice/fax mail products distributed worldwide. Mr. Chang also
served in various management positions at Siemens/Rolm and was responsible for Rolm's flagship voice mail products
PhoneMail.
Mr. Chang received a Master¡¦s degree in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Science
degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.

Philip Carey
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Carey is an innovator in the software industry, bringing creativity and invention to messaging,
groupware, and modeling, at both the application and system software levels. He has produced a number
of category-changing applications during the course of his career.
Most recently, Mr. Carey was Director of Engineering at Five Across, where he teamed with the
CEO in the design and implementation of leading edge cross platform blogging and IM client and server
products. Prior to that, he was CTO at Thunder Bay, where he drove the architecture and development
of Instant Messaging Client and Server technologies and message routing and filtering products.
Mr. Carey received a Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from California
Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Kenneth Chen
Chief Strategy Officer
Mr. Chen has over 10 years of experience in OSS operations, general management, software development,
market development and pre-sales support in telecommunication services and products in the Asia Pacific region.
Prior to joining TelTel, Mr. Chen was the co-founder and CTO of GenieNRM, a leading manufacturer of network management,
traffic analysis and broadband access control solutions for carriers and service providers worldwide.
Prior to that, Mr. Chen co-founded and served as Director of Engineering of APOL, the largest privately
owned ISP in Taiwan.
Mr. Chen received a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science degree in Aerospace
Engineering from Tamkang University.

Wensong Zhang
Chief Scientist
Dr. Zhang has extensive experience in architecting large-scale systems, system software development,
system security and the Linux operating system. He is the founder and developer of the Linux Virtual Server project,
which is dedicated to build advanced server clustering software for Linux.
Prior to joining TelTel, Dr. Zhang founded China Cluster Networks, a leading provider of cluster based
products and services in China. Dr. Zhang also served in management roles at 21Vianet in China.
A recognized expert on Linux, he is also a standing member of Co-Create Software Branch of the
Chinese Software Industry Association in China.
Mr. Zhang received a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Changsha Institute of Technology.

Benedict Tse
VP, Product Management
Mr. Tse has extensive experience in emerging product development with extensive experience in developing Service Provider,
SME, and consumer telecommunication solutions. He has successfully driven many pioneering projects including self-served
billing system, credit card fraud protection system, self-provisioned communication systems, NAT traversal solutions,
voice recognition and voice portal solutions.
Prior to his involvement in TelTel, Mr. Tse was the President and Co-founder of Packetel, Inc., a leading email-to-fax
and VoIP solution provider. Under Mr. Tse's management, Packetel became a Top Tier solution provider in less than 2 years.
Before Packetel, Mr. Tse founded BJT in 1996, the 3rd largest San Francisco Bay Area regional Internet service provider
rated by San Jose Business Journal.
Mr. Tse received a Master of Science and Bachelor of Science both in Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences from
the University of California at Berkeley.

William Sheu
VP, Engineering
Mr. Sheu has 15 years of experience in large scale mission-critical software system development at both start-up and
large corporations with extensive background in architecture design and project planning for product development and
system integration.
Before joining TelTel, Mr. Sheu was the Director of Software Engineering at Octasoft, an e-Financial solution provider.
Prior to Octasoft, Mr. Sheu was Director and co-Founder of iCSD Technology which developed Content Delivery Network
software product. He has also served as Manager Software Systems at InnoMedia, a premier VoIP product vendor.
Mr. Sheu received a Master's degree in Manufacturing Engineering from University of California, Los
Angeles and a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Mechanical Engineering from National Taiwan University.

Koulai Shu
President, TSP Operations
Mr. Shu has over 25 years of experience in hardware and software development, sales and general management in US and Asia.
Prior to joining TelTel, Mr. Shu served as VP of Sales at Alphanetworks,
an OEM/ODM equipment manufacturer of wireless, VoIP and digital home components.
Mr. Shu was among the core Alphanetworks team members which took the company public in 2004.
Before joining Alphanetworks, Mr. Shu was VP of Sales of Myson Technology which Mr. Shu co-founded and
took the company public in 1996 with other founding members.
Mr. Shu received a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science from Santa
Clara University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Chiao-Tung
University of Taiwan.

Chun Zhang
President, China Market
Mr. Zhang has proven experience in partner management, enterprise and online sales and marketing, and customer service
in value-added telecommunication market in China and US.
Before joining TelTel, Mr. Zhang was the VP of product marketing for 21vianet China, the largest private data center in
China. Most recently, Mr. Zhang was in charge of 21vianet Shanghai operation, the top service provider in the region in
its industry. Prior to 21vianet China, Mr. Zhang was a senior manager for partner and alliance for enterprise software
companies Baan and Documentum. Mr. Zhang also served in various product management positions at Bus-Tech,
a leading Mainframe to Lan connectivity provider.
Mr. Zhang received a MBA degree from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Arts degree
in Computer Science from University of California, Berkeley.
