A group consists of one Admin who can take care of the group's needs, and members who share the group's resources.Our Business Premium package provides a TelTel Group with their own far-reaching communication network. It is ideal for global businesses with local connections and local businesses with global markets. A feature-packed offering, Business Premium Package provides you with everything that you need to create virtual local offices in major cities around the world. 
The package comes with the following items: TelTel Group account: Each TelTel Group will have an unique TelTel Group account. By calling this group account (for example: operator@yourgroup.com), group members and other associates can access the functions provided through the group voice system. Group voice attendant: Think of the group voice system as the central nerve system of the group, through which all members are interconnected. This is also how the group is connected with the external world. The voice system supports voice response recording, dial-out service, conferencing, and extension calling features. The voice system can also be enhanced by one or more Global Access number, enabling your clients around the world to call into the voice system and find your group members. Extensions: Each group member can be assigned an extension number, up to 6 digits. So if your company already has an extension system in place, just map it over. Find-Me: Group member can select to have calls to their extension number forwarded to multiple numbers at the same time. This function also supports "tagging", so two sets of phone numbers will ring one after another, until the call is picked up, or it will be directed to the voicemail. (This service is paid for by the member him/herself). Voicemail: There are two ways a member can access his/her voicemails. First: call in the group voice system, and listen to the voice messages. Second: set a voice mailbox, and the recorded messages will be sent to the email account as attachments. Group credit pool: TelTel groups not only think like a group, they also pay like a group. Each group has its common "pot of gold". So when group members access paid functions through the voice system, the required amount will be deducted from the group credit pool. This makes easy expense management and accounting. Conferencing: Each package comes with 1 dedicated, full-time available conference room. Members and invited guests can call in the voice system to access the conference room. Special feature includes privacy lock and host information display on the web. Capacity of the room varies depending on the size of the package. $1 bonus TelTel credits per member, per month: That's right, to get your group credit pool started, we will give you bonus TelTel credits every month, based on how many people you have in the group.$1 bonus TelTel credits per member, per month. TelTel Group portal: Under My TelTel are all the available features and settings for your group. Depending on the member's level of access (Admin or regular user), different information and access authority will be provided. Optional add-on - Global Access numbers: Global Access numbers are local numbers of major cities around the world. These numbers can be connected with your voice attendant, just as if you have a local branch office. Business Premium Packages are purchased on a pre-paid basis, available for 10, 30, and 50 people, and subscription of 3 and 12 month packages. Optional package add-ons include more conference rooms and global access numbers.
