Actual pricing depends on SVNO partner's existing service infrastructure, partner's existing billing and payment facility, level of integration and customization required, end user customer service required, advertisement rights, number of pay users and downloads, partner's commitment to market TelTel services, partner's facility to terminate PSTN calls, partner's ability to provide Internet bandwidth, and other factors.
