Program Offerings

A TelTel SVNO partner can choose from the following program offerings:
- TelTel Softphone - An SVNO partner can choose to use a TelTel branded, private labeled or co-branded
TelTel softphone for its subscribers. The TelTel softphone can be enhanced with customized tabs for the
SVNO partner to provide contents to its subscribers through a mini-browser on the TelTel softphone for
additional revenue opportunities. TelTel softphone client source codes can also be licensed to selected
service providers with their own software development capabilities.
- Firewall/NAT Traversal - An SVNO partner can choose to deploy key components of the PsipTN infrastructure
managed by TelTel to achieve reliable firewall/NAT traversal along with guaranteed QoS on the
TelTel managed peer-to-peer network.
- Billing - An SVNO partner can choose to use its existing Billing and Payment system by integrating with
the TelTel Billing APIs or rely entirely on TelTel・s customized Billing and Payment system.
- SIP Termination and Origination - An SVNO partner can choose to take advantage of TelTel・s competitive
PSTN termination rates or use its own PSTN Gateway to terminate calls for its subscribers.
- SIP Devices - An SVNO partner can take advantage of TelTel・s provisioning technology and market the
large array of TelTel Ready IP end points including SIP phones and SIP ATA devices which can interoperate
within the PsipTN for additional revenue opportunities.
- Value-Added Services - An SVNO partner can choose to market to its subscribers other value-added
services on the PsipTN provided by TelTel or other developers such as conferencing, hosted PBX and audio
entertainment services for more revenue opportunities.
- Managed Network - An SVNO partner can be provided with a management portal to monitor its
subscriber activities, perform service creation and provisioning, and network status monitoring while
TelTel provides complete backend OSS, 24 X 7 network monitoring and second line customer support.
- Professional Services - An SVNO partner can engage TelTel to provide system integration with the
partner・s legacy infrastructure or to establish a seamless migration path from the partner・s existing VoIP
offerings to TelTel. TelTel Professional Service team is experienced in handling our partners・ many evolving
requirements and customization needs.
